About the Founder

Ms. Alisha Jackson, MSW
Doctoral Candidate | Faith-Based Mindset Coach
Founder of Healing Within Transformation Center & Faith Connection Center

Ms. Alisha Jackson is a social work professional, faith-based mindset coach, and founder dedicated to helping individuals, families, and organizations move from trauma to transformation. With a Master of Social Work degree and years of experience supporting vulnerable populations, she integrates trauma-informed care, faith-centered guidance, and strategic program development to strengthen communities and organizations. Through Healing Within Transformation Center and F.A.I.T.H. Connection Center, Ms. Jackson works with ministries, agencies, and purpose-driven leaders to develop supportive systems, expand resources, and create meaningful impact for those they serve.

Her mission is to help individuals and organizations heal, rebuild, and create lasting transformation through faith, strategy, and service.

Our Commitment to a Safe, Faith-Centered Community

Healing Within Transformation Center is committed to providing a Christ-centered, respectful, and emotionally safe environment for growth, leadership, and transformation.

Community Standards:
• All teachings and services are rooted in biblical principles.
• Participants are expected to engage with integrity, accountability, and personal responsibility.
• Adults 18+ only (unless otherwise stated for specific programs).
• Disrespectful, abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
• All program investments are non-refundable once participation begins.
• Coaching and mentorship services are educational and faith-based in nature and are not a substitute for licensed medical, mental health, or legal services.

This is a structured environment for individuals ready to grow, heal, lead, and take responsibility for their transformation.
