My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every person is created with purpose, value, and the God-given power to transform their life. I believe true change begins from the inside out—through faith, mindset, and intentional action.

As a spiritual life coach, I walk alongside my clients to:

• Coaching is designed for individuals who are ready to focus on the present and move forward into their future with purpose and clarity. Unlike therapy, which often addresses past trauma and clinical mental health needs, life coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment.
• If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or severe emotional distress, it is important that you seek support from a licensed mental health professional. While prayer and encouragement are always available, this coaching service does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or treatment plans.
• Our coaching approach is centered on helping you identify your goals, overcome obstacles, and walk in your God-given purpose. Through powerful questions, accountability, and support, we guide you in making meaningful progress in your life and healing journey.

• Life coaching is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for a social work relationship. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide mental health services.
• Life coaching is a supportive, goal-focused partnership. As a coach, I don't judge, give all the answers, or offer a one-size-fits-all plan. Instead, I serve as an accountability partner and a motivating guide—someone who walks alongside you, asks powerful questions, and helps you uncover the answers already within you.
